my prediction (could be way off) SPVB 18-1: L1 Zack Meyer L2 Justin Reynolds M1 Kyle Piekeirski M2 TJ (forgot his last name) RS Kyler Kotsakis S Paul Bischoff All six touched over 11 feet at tryouts. Justin Reynolds and TJ are on 18-Runbird... The L2 is going to be Thomas Kovanic. M2 will be Tyler Mitchem, tall middle from 18-Runbird last year.

Cam Lilly and Thomas Kovanic should also be considerations for those starting spots on SPVB B18 Mizuno even though they are class of '17. Next season (2016-2017) HPSTL will have a very solid 18's team. Kade Bontrager, Leo Henken, Ethan Bell, Ryan Whealen, Kyle Cohan, Alex Gettinger, Jacob Swyers, and their other tall middle. Cam Lilly is also on Runbird.

Do you have the complete rosters? I do not. I've only heard about specific kids through others. I'd expect their rosters online soon... I believe they have been waiting to finalize the 15/16 level rosters, as they take longer to finalize teams at that age level, apparently.

How does Shane Holdaway stand against other middles from 2016? He played with the 18s last year, and he did pretty well. I haven't seen him play much, but I'm assuming he's not too bad as he started on that 18s team with TJ and Josh. I think much of his success the past years have been been from him playing next to Defalco for 2 rotations and next to Ben Vaught for 2. Not saying he isn't good because I do think he is, just don't think he will have the same success as he did the last couple years Shane was very successful in club and high school last year. His experience playing alongside TJ surely elevated his game. I hear he is a very nice kid. Not sure where he stacks up against the other 2016s, but he had tons of exposure by playing with TJ.

So nail-biting, I've actually fallen off the edge of my seat a couple of times! New facility is going well. Very nice to have the opportunity to do things before and after practices... It's Alex, by the way.
