Suprised ipsia, considering all her accolades, is the 4th best setter of her class.. accolades and next level potential are two separate things. And I say that not caring about the relative position of the setters.

I was trying to be deliberately obtuse in my story while proffering some motivation for her action. Notice who isn't mentioned in the obit. By all means contribute. You will be helping her surviving mother and sister. Thanks for the clarification, I appreciate you clearing up the confusion. I did notice a missing entity but did not think that much about it as I work with FB players and many of them assert they do not have one so the omission did not seem so telling to me. Hope your son is doing well. Did he start at the farm this year? Shouldn't you be out there lobbying your counterparts to ensure he is on their BB lists? Actually, he's just a HS junior this year. www.maxpreps.com/news/o4PrnQ2280eJKLrWLoPq6A/best-high-school-football-player-in-each-state-for-2015.htm. See Oregon

Wow I need to read your site more often, I thought he was a freshman at Stanford. In VB, Stanford does not let women announce their commitment until Stanford academically accepts them? Am I wrong? So, he just needs to hit the books hard and make sure he maintains his grades and he has it made. I think just getting accepted to Stanford is worth a couple hundred grand (although many would pay more than that if admission was for sale), the scholarship is worth (assuming 4 years) around $280,000. The kid cannot drive and he has made $500,000 in value by his hard work. Congrats.

Baseball has only 11.7 scholarship to spread amongst (up to) 35 players.

Agree, why did they not put the school she was going to? also 30 is a little low. kid was a top 5 for sure. Probably because she wasn't committed yet. From the write up, it sounds like she was interested in TCU, but it also mentioned something about her needing to become academically eligible to accept the offer. How horrible when people's own brains conspire against them so completely to manipulate them into believing that they have no other options. Depression is such a criminal, a liar and a thief and a murderer.
