The Gopher players have almost zero fighting spirit. We need some competitive mentalities, aggressive players who will play the big points exceptionally. Their physical skills that look good on paper become almost useless against less talented teams who just want it more. Found some!

So, this can be nothing but a good thing for the gophers, except for the possibility of exhaustion tomorrow. You guys should feel happy. I know you expect more, but half the problem this team has had last year and this is not having the confidence to get it done in matches like this.
These guys did play the Illini pretty tight. Was amazing that match did not go to 4 or 5 sets.

They better put some ice on Daly's arm and plan on setting middle or right tomorrow. Nice to see them fight back.
On the otherhand, they could win tomorrow in 4, or even 3, I don't need our wins to be so interesting:)
