Dipierro and Mesko took a humiliating loss to Marcinak and Del Sol. Does Jon have compromising pictures of Mike? Is Mike a waiter in his restaurant? I dont understand why this team is still together

Saw the final today. Marciniak Del Sol looked good. Marciniak really in Zaun's head. Im excited to find out which of these guys try to play AVP next year

Watched a few matches over the weekend. Love the way NVL brands itself. Don't think any of these guys will make the move over they have real good setup with the NVL at the moment but who knows. Would live to see where they would fall into the avp.

Would live to see where they would fall into the avp. The problem, as I've previously mentioned, is if any of them want to make professional volleyball a career, they need to make the jump to the AVP. A great year in the NVL isn't giving anyone a real living wage. An OK year in the AVP isn't giving anyone a true living wage either, but the possibility of the upper echelon is there. From a purely financial standpoint, I believe at this time anyone who makes the jump would take a financial hit . Tough call for all of them. Piotr has not been allowed to play AVP, but rumor is he got a work visa, so he may be in a different situation now. Zaun, Palm, McCoy, and Delsol are all young and could have plenty of good years ahead of them, but when is the right time to try and get that AVP level experience?

Piotr works for Al-B at the NVL academy in Port St. Lucie - I cannot imagine he would play an AVP tourney now...

Palm is never going to be an AVP level blocker. His best case is one half of a team like the Bomgrens. Zaun has a ton of potential but right now his defense needs work. He gets to easy balls late and doesnt make digs a that normal AVP defenders do.
I think Delsol and McCoy are probably too small. Hard to imagine them successfully going from a tour where Piotr is the best blocker to one where he would be one of the worst and doing it successfullly

I meant more along the lines of those guys being in the first half of their 20's.. not many on the AVP in that boat with the "potential years to grow and develop". AVP has younger Crabb, Page, Montgomery, and do you count Lorenz who qualified a few times? I am sure maybe I missed someone, but definitely not among the top AVP teams.
It isn't so much do we feel they can hack it in the AVP, but more along the lines of do they feel they can hang on the AVP, where they are going to get the better playing experience/opportunities to improve. Nothing puts on the pressure like having to beat a good team or risk having to sleep in your car for the next tourney.
