I have a hard time seeing Nebraska losing this one. Husker in 3 on paper, I think most would agree. Although game 1 is always a circus.

if they want to win the Big, these are must wins. Absolutely. If Nebraska really wants to win the B1G and earn a Top 4 seed, they're gonna have to play like it, consistently. The only games Nebraska can afford to lose from here on out would be: one of the Minnesota/Wisconsin games, one of the Illinois games, and Penn State. Luckily, 4/5 of those are at home. There are lots of good teams that I didn't mention, but any other losses would be too costly.

They have to take whatever they get; win or lose; hopefully the girls will take care of business! They know what is at stake and won't put too much pressure on themselves! If they don't get too tight; they should be fine!
GO HUSKERS

I will be at the match tonight. I think NE in 4. As DMT said game 1 can be interesting. I would like to see them start to change that. Maybe tonight's the night.

For those who don't know, MSU runs a 6-2, in which Minarick sets from the back row and attacks from the right pin in her front-row rotations. Interestingly, she sometimes moves into serve-receive and passes to provide better ball control.

With PSU and OSU at home, and Minnesota and Wisconsin only once at home, they are at a big advantage. I think the league winner will have 2-3, losses, neither of these matches can be one of them.

I would pick Nebraska as the favorite right now based on a combination of talent and schedule. Don't kid yourself that winning the Big requires both. Maybe not for a couple PSU teams a few years back, but now? Big time.

I don't believe we possess a "big advantage" to win the conference because of an easier schedule. That team is Wisconsin (again). They have the fewest back-to-back conference matches this season (only two when last year they had none). Moreover, they only play Nebraska and PSU once. PSU's schedule is also less challenging than Nebraska's, since they only play Illinois, Wisconsin, Purdue and Michigan State once.
