Great guy and a pretty solid recruiter. Like what he did with his class at lil Ol ABU. Now he has the chance to prove himself with a bigger named school. Should be interesting.

Has he ever been at a school more than one season? Don't even think he has been anywhere for a full calendar year.

Tim - Figured I'd tune in haha. Can't really measure that off of years of volunteer work that i did for four years or blindly walked into jobs where head coaches are dismissed... we all know how that situation goes...
This was 100% family move. My fiancé needs to be near a major city and research institutions to continue progressing in her work. She moved from ATL to WV and has had a really tough last 15 months... Cannot say that WV in this area has been abundant for her growth which as someone who has had to watch it... this has been hard to watch the last 15 months.
My friend Kalani, the former SHU HC recommended me for the position and he has been nothing but incredible with making sure the transition has been the best it could possible could be along with the administration supporting him and myself and looking out for our best interests.
My fiancé had worked for years in ATL at Winship Cancer Institute where research was available with growth, as far as our family future and opportunities to stay on the men's side of volleyball... obviously this was the best situation and timing for all involved.
ABU is in great condition and the future is only bright for them. Such a great institution with great people. I know that they're in good hands for sure and have recommendations that are close friends to keep building the program and to help with consistency of the program. After meeting with my team and having meetings with them, they have been nothing but supportive in this process towards me and my fiancé and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Super excited to see them keep growing, I know its a great place in the country now for DII growth to happen and I'll keep being an advocator for it. Very excited to see them in action this season and seeing all of these amazing guys keep growing as people.
Hope this helps explain the move. Super excited to get back home to the EIVA and to start our journey at SHU.
Go Pioneers!
