once again, they need to double check their job posting. At the top it says full time, but down below it says part time. unless they are making big changes to their athletic department, it is a part time job. Well, like any coaching job, full time hours, but this is part time pay.

Sorry, I thought the sarcasm was obvious. This might be a great way to hire a great young coach looking for any opportunity and keep them for 1-2 years before they move on. It's also a way to hire a younger coach with very little experience, pay them little, and if (or more often, WHEN) they fail just move on to the next one. It's a terrible way to retain quality staff.

I hope the decision for the change was his. This is not an easy job by any stretch of the imagination.
