Is this the first year LBSU didn't make it? What are the teams that have made every NCAA tournament? I think Stanford, USC, and Penn State? USCB and Pacific dropped out of the club a few years ago. I think LBSU was in as well, but don't know when they first failed to make the tournament? Only Stanford and Penn State have been to every tournament. 'SC missed in '86 and '90. Long Beach missed several times in the 80's. They didn't become consistantly good until Tara Cross & Company came aboard.

Blah blah blah blah blah.... All this talk about how good the Big 10, Big 12, SEC is and how they have the best fans and VB atmosphere, accolades etc, etc... But not one mention of the #1 blocking team in the country or any of the Wahine players and what they've accomplished this season. So biased opinions and favortism I tell you. The two commentators you can tell are from these types of schools. How easily people forget that womens volleyball is what it is today because programs like Hawaii.

Arizona can take them out. BYU is 50-1 at home since Nov. 2011 - one loss a five-setter to Washington last year. Upset not going to happen. CC: timduckforlife Not saying Arizona will do it, but they have the talent as long as Snuka is there. That girl is amazing. And trust me byuinsider, Arizona will want revenge for that loss. They'll come to play. I still think BYU can make a good push and at least go final 8. I honestly think whether or not Mau plays for 'zona could be a huge key for them. And I still love the match-up/rematch potential from last year.

Swell, but nobody will be able to see it unless they buy a ticket and go to Madison. No stream? You gotta be kidding me. This has to be on ESPN. YOU ARE JOKING RIGHT? Last year, IIRC, BTN streamed the Madison subregional free of charge.

JUST SO WE ARE CLEAR....Texas A&M, #6 rkpi, 2nd highest number of top 25 rpi wins, winner of 14 straight, being seeded 10, is a slap in the face to ANY consistency on the seeding process. Just so we're clear... it's a slap in the face of the SEC conference, not the team. Actually, the Texas A&M coach and team were ecstatic to get a #10 seed, the highest every for their program, if I'm remembering correctly.

I missed Matt Schick, I thought he did a great job as host last year. It would've been interesting to see him announce this year's bracket, he went to school at Colorado.

Yes, thrilled to be able to host on her home court instead of having to travel to Austin again to lose to Texas.

Loved watching him when he was a budding sports anchor at NTV news (Kearney, NE). Great to see him climb the ladder and provide comedic insight to his position!

Did anyone else notice the change in format this year? Each team was unveiled individually, adding some drama. The last few years the names of the two teams being matched up would appear on the screen together. Even further back, a whole section of the bracket was shown right away.
