So - Stanford at Pacific this Tuesday sounds intriguing. Anyone know how long it might take to get from Berkeley to Stockton during Tuesday rush hour traffic?

This is Mr" PacificGirl...
I would plan on at least 2 hours assuming you can legally use the car pool lane along Hwy 80 to Sacramento and then south on HWY 5 to Stockton. If you can't legally use the car pool lane, then add at least another 30 minutes and come by way of Hwy 580, 280 and then 5. Both of these estimates assume, no major traffic accidents, if you can, leave earlier and eat in Stockton before the game. Lots of good restaurants along March Lane as you head towards Pacific.

I'll probably have to clear it with my manager. OTOH - if I'm not over this cold/flu/upper respiratory illness, I might just end up staying at home anyways. I've tried going up to Sacramento from Berkeley driving solo on a good day. It took three hours including getting firmly planted around Fairfield. No fun. I'll probably get to work early, listen to radio traffic reports, and make a decision then. Is there any chance this one sells out?
