Like I said, who cares about my rankings? It's as worthless as anybody else's opinion. So is your point simply to be a naddering nabob of negativism? And what would your response have been had my questions been, "How should a pre-season poll be compiled?" and "how should a poll be compiled very early in the season, i.e. in the first three weeks?" Let's say TV networks or other national media were interested in trying to determine in advance which matches might show the best teams so they might make plans for covering them. It would be an irresponsible cop-out to tell them that your response and everyone elses would be totally worthless. There are many legitimate reasons for pre- and early-season polls.
