Fivb site now lists the game as 1040pm pst on the 4th. Is this right? I coulda sworn it was around 1pm a couple days ago. Also: pro-tip: if you are trying to watch it on YouTube, but it's geo-blocked, download tor browser. It's an anonymous browser that bounces off different countries, and as thus bypasses the geo-block I saw that on the FIVB site also, then hopped over to the NBCSports / UniHD web pages and didn't even find the listing. not quite sure what's going on. Well it is NBC sports channel and is volleyball, thus it'll likely get shown next Monday in a 1hr slot at 2am. Which really kind of comical because the money they spend to get "exclusive" rights to the USA team only to not show it live or in its entirety.

The NBC sports app is showing 2 World League matches on the 6th, but nothing today... What is wrong with them? It's Independence Day, and the only team USA event in the country isn't even being shown online...

Keep in mind France and Serbia are even younger than USA. France and Serbia`s average age is 25, USA is 26. This is Serbia`s main squad, but they are all around 24/25 years old. France`s Boyer is only 21. USA has experienced players like Smith, Shoji, Muaguitia. What are you even trying to say? The guy said USA has no chances against Serbia and France, what I`m trying to say is that France and Serbia are playing better but they are young, and sometimes experience can help, and USA has more experienced players than Serbia and especially France. Boyer is only 21 and this is his first major tournament he could end up feeling the pressure in the final and not play well like he did in the regular phase. I think FIVB hours is just messed up, on UniversalHD guide the game Brazil vs Canada will start at 11:00cm (pacific) and USA vs France 1:30pm (Pacific time). I will probably end up watching the US game on youtube because I`m sure Universal will be cutting parts of the game (like they usually do) do show ads.

It's in Brazil, and listed as a 1505 start for Canada match, which would be earler on the west coast, and the US game shortly after that. The time change algorithm they are using is most definitely off. Youtube even lists the Canada game at 1105 pst. Thus it would be about a 2-3pm'ish start for US match depening of 1st game finish

Weather.com reports that Curitiba, Brazil is currently 57°F, with 50% chance of showers. Later tonight, that system moves past, and it drops to 10% (chance of) precipitation. So ... it's a weather delay They want to open the roof! Tonight's low is 48°F, and the dew point is ... 49°F. Whaddaya expect, it is winter, after all.

Looking at the youtube fivb site, it's also most definitely looking like the USA game is geo-blocked - torbrowser will get some work today I'd also add that even though the US lost to both Serbia and France, they weren't complete blow outs. 2 things to consider, they were in pretty much every set, and took 1 set off of each team. Further, they played both matches on the other teams home court against big crowds. Further, Jaescke is back, and hopefully ready and can add valuable defense over a DeFalco or a Langlois.

Is Ngapeth playing for France this time?

N'Gapeth was healthy for France's last match 2 weeks ago, and helped sweep Belgium out of the finals. I assume he didn't get injured again at home So I expect him to be starting. It's OK, we have a healthy Patch

It's OK, we have a healthy Patch He basically did not even play against Belgium, he only came in to serve once or twice. I`m not sure if LeRoux and LeGolfe are recovered to play?

Brazil vs Canada is on....OMG the stadium is not even 50% full. But I think this is what you get by playing at 3pm on a Tuesday.
And it just feels like a really big arena...but that is a good thing.

Brazil vs Canada is on....OMG the stadium is not even 50% full. So ... only 20.5k, then? OK, the lower bowl (temp seats upon the soccer pitch) is ~70% full, the upper concrete stands are <10% full. That's still probably a few k, though. Maybe Canada isn't much of a draw. But then ... BRA-CAN, G1: 03-08 TT1 getting blocked, sailing shots long ... maybe it's Brasil, too.

I`m sorry, but when they started the game , I guess the images were from earlier on, and there were not a lot of people. Now there`s a lot of people.
