I just started setting this year for my club team. I'm pretty good except for when the ball is passed too high. Can someone help me on how to set those balls?

Keep your wrists relaxed and follow through just like you would for any set. The only difference between low and high is...nothing. Tell yourself for any high OR low balls that you can get EVERY ball. Hope that helps...

If you get to practice early--have someone toss a bunch of those balls to you. At least if the pass is way high, you know your hitters have plenty of time to get ready for their approach!

Start setting a girls basketball against a wall--5-15 minutes a day until your fingers hurt. Most of your issues will go away when your fingers and wrists get stronger. Good luck!
