Of note: -The Creighton game is at Ankeny Central HS, which is where 2020 MB recruit Devyn Robinson plays. -Loyola-Chicago is now coached by Badger VB alum and fan favorite Amanda Berkley.
This is cool! I think Rainbows might be able to make it to all three.

I am excited for the Loyola match. M.E. and Nicole both playing against a former Sting teammate. Also Lexi Alden (went to Catholic Memorial and won several WIAA titles) transferred from Maryland to Loyola and should be a good pickup for the Ramblers.

I know this all technically belongs in the beach VB forum, but I’m going to be following Haleigh Nelson’s beach season at LSU and if everyone is okay with it, I’ll post updates here. If figure you folks won’t mind, because we all love Haleigh. Here’s an article about her from LSU Now. She gives us a shout-out. www.lsunow.com/daily/graduate-transfer-haleigh-nelson-finds-place-with-lsu-beach-volleyball/article_bb462c06-10f4-11e8-8b67-4fad624c2284.htmlFor Nelson, that experience in Wisconsin was a university that embraced her and volleyball in general. The Badgers were third in the nation in attendance in her senior season.
While she has not had a chance to encounter LSU’s beach volleyball fans yet, she is confident they will, too.
She is equally as confident that the Badgers will continue to support her here.
“I actually do wonder if any of them will make a road trip down here to see us play,” Nelson said. “That would be really cool. They are really great. They really care about us as people. I know that they still keep track of the people that played there before me and support them. They live and breathe Wisconsin volleyball. We hope to build a culture like that here.”

If I had kids, I would tell them bedtime stories involving Haleigh Nelson.

Huh. That place is just down the road from my brother's house in Baton Rouge. Unfortunately, I think there are coming to NY in April rather than the other way around. Man, it would be fun to see her play.

I wonder if any of Haleigh’s matches will be streamed. I’d pay for a couple months of sec streaming equivalent of BTN2Go if it meant getting to watch her a few times

In addition to the coaches clinic on April 13-14, the camp schedule is up.
Instead of Badger I and Badger II - basically the same camp, twice - they have regular Badger camp and then Badger Bring It camp. I’m assuming that latter camp is the one that will have most of our high-level prospects in attendance.

Julia Wohlert in the VB Mag Top 50 Class of 2018 Jade Demps and Devyn Robinson listed in the Top 50 Underclassmen. Also seeing a lot of freshmen (class of 2021) listed AKA the incoming class after our monster class of 2017 graduates. volleyballmag.com/fab-50-2018/
