Interesting choice from Alix. Given the past level of competition at these I'm not sure how its better for her than staying home and practicing? Maybe some points value?

Gotta be points, before the 5 star in FL. They do seeding points one week in advance right? So any additional points Klineman can get will help their seeding.

April is not going or she’s not allowed? don't think she is allowed, plus not worth it, even if she won she has other tournaments with more points. $$ isn't there either.

It’s a 1* event... and she has over a thousand points. Good for Alix to get more experience and more points though. But if there is country quota for this, that’s just sad. Especially since it’s so far away!

Are 1* the same as 4/5* where a total of 4 teams per country is allowed? If so, the three US teams should be in the main or qualifying rounds automatically.

I hope so! It’ll be really sad to travel so far just to play in the qualifications round.
