Hello group. quick question. is there a way to eliminate a thread from my Participated box in the upper right? thanks I do not understand what you are asking for. As far as I can tell, your "participated" list (which until now I had completely ignored) is available only to you. So why do you care about removing something from it?

So why do you care about removing something from it? it is a record of every single thread in which i have posted. i'm looking to pare the list down so that it is easier to navigate to the more important thread. that's all. it's not a big deal but i wanted to ask in case there is an option i'm missing.

The only thread worth reading and posting in is "Video Games." Everything else is fluff.

Not the best solution if you don't want to delete your post. But I would assume the threads move down the list based on posting date.
I do not think you can edit the list. TBH, I didn't even know what that thing was for.

TBH, I didn't even know what that thing was for. well i just discovered that, if you don't post in a thread for a long period of time, the thread drops out of your participated tab. right meow my tab is showing 6 threads but i know i've posted in more than that. the more you know...

TBH, I didn't even know what that thing was for. I use it all the time and have done so ever since the last major revamp of the ProBoards platform. It's a handy way of knowing when new content appears in a thread in which you previously posted. Plus, by using it to re-enter such a thread, it automatically takes you to the post following the one that you most recently viewed. Having said all that, I'm not sure I understand the point of the OP's question. If you think a thread you previously posted in is unimportant, it's easy to ignore that one when using the "Participated" navigation tool.
