Why is he always so negative?
Has he ever thought about playing defense?
What is his volleyball goals? Olympics? Does he think he can make it as a Blocker?

What do you think about the (testing of) new block-touch rule? Yay or nay?
If Jake and Rosie were to retire, would you consider partnering up with little bro again?
What went into the decision for the split between you and Taylor?

Who do you hate to play against (other than Phil)?
Do you think you have a mental advantage over the other players?

Does he consider himself an elite blocker or just forced into duty? (Yeah I know that's kinda leading)

Congratulations on a good start to your career. He's won 0 of those finals, has yet to win a tournament. That's not that unusual for some players. Trevor, shut your mouth! I like the characters, I like the %*$# talk, I like the WWE aspect. We've talked about that's been missing, that we need a black hat. But listen, have a little perspective. You're not qualified to carry the man's bag. Alright fool? He's been on the national team since 1999, he's got a gold medal, a bronze medal, multiple championships overseas. He just finished 3rd in the Manhattan Beach Open after playing beach full time for, oh, 9 months. Take it easy, bro, take it easy."

Who's the biggest waste of talent currently on tour?
Is anyone good at trash talk?
Do the refs try to keep trash talk to a minimum?
Would you rather be four inches taller, or have four inch longer arms?

So sh*t talk is good, but not against an indoor player because he got medals? Out of curiosity, should I know who Kevin Barnett is? I don't follow indoor at all

What went down between you and Reid Priddy at MBO? Any response to Kevin Barnett's criticism of you on The Net Live? What happened with Priddy? Some more quotes from the same podcast. Priddy didn't say publicly exactly what Trevor said, but he obviously told Barnett privately. Priddy: "Well the beginning of the conflict was point #1. He blocked me and then he blocked Ricardo. The things that were said were more than normal trash talk...I said what was said between us was between us and I'm going to stick to that...so I have a lot of respect for Trevor's game and I obviously love Rosie...They played better than us, by far. I think that I was able to stay composed even though it started from the very beginning...and then there was that constant theme, and stuff that was said was absolutely over the line...to me, when you compete, that brings out your real character, like who you are. That exposes you, because you are exposed...I think you get to know the types of people that you really are. You know, I was just calling him out, that was all. It's clear that we're just probably not going to be buddies. We don't see eye to eye and that's OK." Barnett: "I'm with Trevor on play like a mad man, give it all you have, play with an edge, be kind of a, for the lack of a better term, a d*ck, be that guy, no problem. I like it. But when you play some of those guys, I don't think I would have known that lesson at that age either, but when you play those guys...have a little perspective. Play hard, talk some smack, do it, give him some attitude, but you crossed the line. You blew it...there's a line. In this case, Trevor, I like what you're doing. You blew it here. You blew it. You went too far. And I say that as somebody who went too far a lot of times."

Makes sense to not cross a line, but play with intensity and try to get your opponent off their game.

Trevor has a tendancy to take his trash talk into personal areas, which I think a lot of athletes don't appreciate. Get in the guys face after you block him, but leave his wife and his family out of it ( just an example, I have no idea what he said to Priddy ).

“You can trash talk but not to my friends.” This. Also Trevor won the match so the immutable, time-tested laws of trash talk say that Reid should shut up. You can't complain about being trash talked when you lose Also Kevin Barnett is obnoxious and hates beach. I used to listen but his endless bashing of Adrian (a player who made it on skill as opposed to being 6 10) was just too insufferable.
