Does anyone know which school has the most alums that are college volleyball coaches? I thought of Penn State (Brown, D'Errico, Schumacher-Cawley, just to name a few), but no clue if they have the most.

Ball State.
Don, Dave, and Steve Shondell, Kelly Sheffield, Craig Skinner, Mick Haley, Sherry Dunbar-Kruzan, Pete Hanson (tOSU men), Pete Waite, Chris Beerman (Kentucky AC & Pitt HC), Kevin Furnish (Ball State men's AC), Kevin Laseau (Yale AC), Ethan Pheister (LSU AC)....
And that's just D1 college, the ones that are easily googleable. Scores of others, plus HS and club coaches also come from Ball State. It's a VB coaching factory.

Not exactly what was asked, but Rich Kern has a coaches family tree on his page. It tracks coaches to where they played and coached and for whom they played or coached.

University of Washington in the last 20 years has produced at least 7 that I can think of...
Tui, Sanja Tomasevic, Stevie Mussie, Tama Miayshiro, Kindra Carlson, Krista Vansant. Brie Hagerty (Brenner) is the HC at Defiance College.
Ball State has at least 12 graduates in coaching that are men, so having a men's program seems to be an asset.

Penn State has a lot, as does UCLA.
That one group of Georgia Tech players had a lot of people go on to coach.

Scates, Banachowski, Normand, Giovanazzi, Speraw, Sealy, Campbell, Sunahara, Nichols, Luyties, Metzger, Sonnichsen, Suwara, Nygaard, Conners, Wenger, Vince... I’m sure I’m leaving out around 10 to 20 Coaches. We could do assistant coaches as well... There’d be 50+ on that list including some guy named Kiraly.

Off the top of my head, the list of UCSB alumni DI coaches includes: Dave Shoji, Mike Hebert, Jim McLaughlin, Jose "Keno" Gandara, Jon Wallace, Lee Nelson, John Kosty, Todd Rogers, Gary Sato, Jon Stevenson, . . .
