One thing I'm not good at is identifying plants, trees, and other vegetation. I think we have Rosemary bush in our backyard. I cut some and will put some in my chicken soup for lunch. I hope it really is Rosemary and not something else that's poisonous. Otherwise, this will be my very last post on VT.

I want to make a crab and avocado salad. What's the best recipe? Mix crab and avocado with an aioli, or just mayonnaise with a teaspoon of red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Don't use fake krab.

I use 1 package of imitation crab, 1 avocado, 1 tbsp lemon juice, old bay seasoning, cilantro, mayo to taste. I agree the fake crab tastes better in this prep. If you have fresh, why do you even have leftovers? Fresh crabs should be consumed out of the shell with garlic butter and not in salad form.
