Nobody cares what a few people on a forum thinks. Point is this thread was started to discus/spotlight Rick and his history of abuse/bullying victims. Not as a platform to cite past or current success by SPRI teams. I was told a long time ago that extreme language (never/always/everybody/nobody) is a sure way to get yourself in trouble. To rehash some FACTS about who seems to care/not care (as measured by teams/$$ spent for SPRI hosted events) GLPL enrollment: year 2017 2018 2019 14s 111 105 67 16s 213 194 18s 137 132 44 total teams less SPRI 421 391 44 SPRI Pres. Day Tourney: 2017 2018 2019 349 343 116 (28 of these were SPRI, another 22 were SPRI affiliated clubs, (4)ATL Performance, (10)Illini Elite, (8)Southern Performance) That is roughly $925,000.00 less in revenue from 2018 to 2019. just saying...

If you’re really interested in the actual docs and not just bumping this thread to page 1 once again, WHY don’t you contact someone at the Free Law Project who runs that site? www.courtlistener.com/faq/#legal-advice The documents were not released so the best guess is that it had to do something with the notices being sent out to the class.

Rick is still a rapist and money given to the club he owns goes to defending him in court. Agreed 100% Many people that have moral courage left this year. I believe even more will be leaving next year.

The facts may be as you have posted. I'm not sure on the accuracy as I am still waiting that P&L statement from WCPL but as I've always told my teenagers: just because the masses do something does not equate it being the right thing or really for the greater good. As for "staying topical". Curious if you chastised the original poster back in November who started this talk of "poor" Taylor Landfair missing out on playing the likes of other "great volleyball clubs". This line of conversation started back in November and continued off and on for about a month. My purpose in bringing that conversation back up has everything to do with the follow up FACTS of winningness. That lack of playing WCPL teams has not affected the players at SPRI. It does not seem to have hurt the successes of the GLPL teams (and maybe not even all the WCPL teams either). Mentioning the FACTS about SPRI and the other GLPL team's successes was a response to questions raised, oh 20+ pages ago, by someone else in this very thread. Literally a follow up answer and not off topic as it is painted to be by some with obvious agenda. For some it must be a difficult thing to grasp that excellent volleyball seems to be played out in Aurora IL despite everyone's assumption that Taylor and Hattie and the Shook girls and whoever else is now considered a good player at SPVB and Illini Elite and those other teams wasn't going to be playing against the likes of Fusion, 1A or any other WCPL team. Poor them. BTW a huge congrats to that Sky High 17's Black team for winning WCPL. Not being sarcastic, what an awesome honor to take 1st place as a 17 year old when there are older girls playing. Congrats to them!

I care deeply about young women who have been sexually assaulted by coach's. If I am the only one here who does is not a worry of mine.

I believe even more will be leaving next year. How many have left? The last I checked there were 40 girls teams. 12's - 1 team 13's - 5 teams 14's - 10 teams (many of the girls from clubs that left the GLPL) and they cut some girls. 15's - 9 teams 16's - 7 teams 17's - 1 team 18's - 7 teams Plus all of the GLCYA teams. Clinics and private lessons all fill up shortly after being announced. If you know of, or have a number of girls that left I'd like to hear it.
