There was a request by a fan to startup this thread early to report on possible 2019-2020 recruits by Coach Wade and company. Is the Jon Stanley Jr. commitment to UH still in play or has he flipped his commitment to somewhere else? Chaz Galloway (OH) looks like a great get for the warrior program. BTW are we still getting Brett Sheward (S)? I didn't see him on the list of new signees for this season but I know he graduated last June.

I just got done watching a video of Thelle and noticed he's a lefty. Not sure how tall he is, though.

Must have appeared when I turned to my right to check the volume of my speakers to make sure the volume was low just in case it was one of those types of videos that have some awful music in it.

He is here. There is actually a picture of him at Ko Olina a couple weeks ago....about the time school started.

If Thelle is here, then I guess that mean Van Eekeran is not coming back and we lost out on Austin Buchanan? No?
Kid looks like a stud. 6-6, lefty, powerful serve, can block. Joe going to be fighting for his job....especially if Joe continue to lollypop his serves. He brings the dimension of a big time serve and a big block.

Don't remember seeing him as a recruit this coming season Heard he was committed for a while. Thelle is a very good beach player and arriving late because he was with the senior Norway national team trying to qualify for the European Championships.

Wow...this is a great get to get a kid from some country's senior national team. UH tend to get the ones from the JR. national team. This kid must be further along than most of the other foreign kids we get.

24 dudes??
9 middles??
5 setters??
Only graduating 5 seniors after the year??
I understand redshirting people and I get stockpiling talent and having as many good players as you can, but this seems a little ridiculous. Having 24 guys is too much in my opinion and can lead to some problems, both on and off the court. Are they just not going to recruit any middles for the next two years? What's going to be the practice playing time and the attitude of a 9th-string middle and/or a 5th-string setter? Are they just expecting tons of transfers or cuts every year? There's just so many questions that comes with a roster of 24 guys...
