Surprise HC opening in Big South coming.... Any hints on which Head Coach position is opening up in the Big South? Something weird is going on....coach was partially removed from athletic website (taken off one page, but not another within website) and administration called recruits to say coach was no longer with program. An asst coach in the area asked a head coach within the conference if she had heard this coach had resigned. A coach contacted me asking if I had heard the news. So word was getting out.... But today, coach's name is fully back on web site... stay tuned...

Has the AVCA been located in Lexington for a while? Yes. It was in Colorado Springs with the USAV, until Kathy Deboer became executive director. She moved the HQ to Lexington because this was where she and her family lived and this saved her from having to move, plus this was where the company that used to employ her is located. And wonders of wonders, she immediately hired them to do general IT support as well perform general operations for the AVCA. They are the ones who run the coaches convention. Corruption doesn't just exist in government.

I went team by team and Gardner Webb lists no head coach. Also, the story about his recent hire is no longer online.
