These are so tough to win, but from the article there seems to be a ton of documentation to multiple people on this matter.

These are so tough to win, but from the article there seems to be a ton of documentation to multiple people on this matter. Story was posted 9 days ago and the coach was still on the sideline for Tuesday’s win. In today’s litigious society and with how little volleyball matters to administrations, the easy move is to put him on leave. Seems like a strong show of support to me.

Well, as the article states, the school has refused to even investigate.
So it’s more of head in the sand rather than a show of support, at least to me.

"Although an attorney said that the university would consider opening an investigation, Capua and her parents never heard back. One of Capua’s attorneys, Leslie Chaggaris, said on Tuesday afternoon that UHart still has not contacted Capua about an investigation."
