And, in case it matters for seeding purposes (hopefully the committee looks a LOT deeper), Figstat differences (edit- for the top rated teams) vs BP's earlier post are:
Texas at #2 and Illinois #3, Wisconsin at #6 and Pitt #7, Penn State at #12 and Creighton #13,

Wanted to mention Figstats (http://ncaastats.figstats.net/volleyball-rpi.cgi) has some (minor- a spot or two one way or the other) differences vs. Bluepenguin's calculation as I write this. (No idea if its actual calculation differences, or a match or two missing from either's calculations.) For the Bubble zone (I'm going from 39 to 57), Figstats has: RPI| Team | Conf|RpiPct| 39 Arizona PAC 0.5953 40 Denver SUMMT 0.5940 41 Yale IVY 0.5927 42 Stephen F. That does look to be the case. (Figstats showing Illinois at 27-3 vs. their official schedule page showing them 28-3. Selfishly As a Colorado fan (who played Illinois), hopefully that's at least part of the reason figstats has them at #51 while you have them #49.)

Going by RPI only, accounting for all AQs and W/UCLA ineligible, and using FigStat's final RPI w/bonuses applied (Generated: 2018-11-25 04:15: ncaastats.figstats.net/volleyball-rpi.cgi ), the last four in, last four out, and next four out teams are:
Last four in: 46-Hawai'i; 48-Kansas; 50-Kansas St.; 51-Colorado.
Last four out: 52-Princeton; 53-San Diego; 54-James Madison; 55-Maryland.
Next four out: 57-LMU; 59-Notre Dame; 60-Iowa St.; 61-Tulane.

Quick question bluepenquin Could you see any of your #’s different from. Final NCAA RPI? Any margins extremely close? Been looking at some of this - this morning. Iowa State #60 vs. #65 looks like one of the more material differences. We have the same record, same Opponent record, same bonus points - so not sure why the difference? #60 *may* give them a chance.

Figstats still doesn't have the Illinois/Purdue game posted? That does look to be the case. (Figstats showing Illinois at 27-3 vs. their official schedule page showing them 28-3. Selfishly As a Colorado fan (who played Illinois), hopefully that's at least part of the reason figstats has them at #51 while you have them #49.) The difference between #48 and 53 is so small that just the small improvement in opponent record from Illinois winning could/should mean several places.

Blue, can you list the OOC RPI for the top 60? I wonder if the committee will use that to not drop BYU as much?

So, are the differences in RPI at the cutoff less pronounced than they have been in past years? If so, might that lead other factors to be more important than RPI when determining who gets in?

Thanks, this is how I remembered it. Texas and BYU ahead of Illinois in non-conference RPI. I think if Illinois isn’t 3, that’s the reason. Texas and BYU put together slightly better schedules, and Illinois’ best OOC wins were Washington and Creighton.

W/UCLA ineligible and accounting for all AQs, below are tournament teams using only *unofficial* final RPI with bonuses applied (RPI sources: (1) bluepenquin and (2) FigStats ncaastats.figstats.net/volleyball-rpi.cgi (FigStats generated: 2018-11-25 15:00 and includes Illinois and Purdue game.) FigStats slightly changes the order in the list from bluepenquin, but it's the same 64 teams, the same top four, the same top 16, and the same last four in.
