Absolutely!! I’m actually at a bar with ton of beach courts so more than willing to put on the match!! Btw, is Hill the new Tillis? Good analogy! This is so damn frustrating; just too much talent to play this crappy!!

Can someone explain reasons for having the libero play middle back? Not sure of the pros/cons but this is an experiment that is failing miserably at one particular SEC school!!

There are a couple SEC schools that do it. Gives the bro a greater opportunity to cover more of the court. Florida even had Gregory play right back sometimes so they could get better defense on swings down the line. It’s all about strategy.

Is the player playing the middle back position the quickest on the team laterally? Does the team have a middle back attack that can terminate or can they run the D better from back row? Can the blocks funnel the attack to mid of court rather than left back? Is the setter play front row and if so is she short?
These are the things I would need to know before commenting although I personally prefer LB position the answers to above questions will give a reason

A couple of weeks ago I would have picked Miss St, no question. But Auburn has actually improved a little bit. Not sure I can say the same about State.
Both teams struggle to get any production from their outside hitters. This could go 5.

Auburn has been improving, especially defensively with their blocking. They simply have to pass better to keep the middles, who are their best attackers, active. In theory, this should free up their outsides a bit. I'm going home from work now to get my spells and incantations going for an Auburn win.
Florida, South Carolina and Mizzou in the other matches.

That was a must win game for Carolina tonight. I was pleased to see the team play with a sense of urgency.
