Big upset: Aquinas finished off Lourdes in 3 (25-19, 25-23, 25-19) Wow, they really picked the right time for that one. It's hard to beat a team 4 times in one season

It appears MoBap and Grand View have already clinched spots in the semi-finals. How will they play it today knowing the outcome of their match won't change that? Do they play for position?
Pool A qualifiers a little bit more up in the air. Assuming Aquinas defeats St. Andrews, as expected, a Lourdes win over Ben-Mesa would make all 3 of those teams 2-1. I assume sets won and lost would be the tie-breaker. If so, losing in 3 to Aquinas was devastating for Lourdes. It really doesn't look good for them. Nothing less than a sweep of Ben-Mesa will do it for them.

It may be too early to tell, but the way the first day or so has gone I think we may have a repeat final of last year - Grand View vs BenU Mesa. Both teams are playing solid volleyball right now.

Just a quick update: Ben-Mesa and Lourdes tied at 1 set each. Both teams hitting under 0.200. Two really good teams fighting hard against each other.

Live stats shows Ben-Mesa won 3-0 but Dak Stats has been unimpressive all week. What is true? I only trust VT. 😯
Oops! Link was for the wrong match - didn’t look at team names - now I can’t get any Dak Stats to open for this match. Guess I’ll just wait for results on VT.
