Who were some from your favorite team? Players who were good, but never drew much fanfare or attention. Likely not All-Americans, maybe not All-conference, but still quietly good. These tend to be some of my favorite players, personally.
For Minnesota:
Ariana Filho Alexandra Palmer Karlie Hauer Dalianliz Rosado
Go!

Oddly enough, Lindsey Berg.
I know. Not 10 years, but probably the best example from Minnesota ever.
Within the actual parameters, I'd add Dana Knudsen and Megan Wilson. Taylor Carico. Oddly enough, all one year transfers, I think.

Banwarth.
Not really your criteria, but someone who is really underrated on this board despite receiving TONS of awards/accolades, is Arielle Wilson.

I LOVED watching Mogan Boukather play volleyball.
She had such a bright, sunny attitude on the court and just never seemed to get nervous. She also had some legendary games where she came up huge for the Cardinal. Really clutch player.

Ashley Bowles (UCLA) - outshined by Porter, but she was a better all-around player. Elisabeth Bachman (UCLA) - One of the best blockers in the PAC-10 then and still is to this day, and really should've been an All-American. Nikki Hubbert (HAWAII) - she became one of the best setters at UH, just one of those players that had to wait their turn to shine, playing behind All-American Ah Mow. Cia Goods - she was a shutdown blocker, along with Ljungquist, probably the best blocking tandem ever at Hawaii.

Wonder how far Macey Gardner would have gone professionally if not for her knee injury?

Wonder how far Macey Gardner would have gone professionally if not for her knee injury? Wonder how far ASU could have gone her senior year. Such a tough way to end your career

Brittany Hewitt: her back injury really hindered her attack during her junior year and influenced her decision not to play her senior year.
