Washington: Thompson Morrison Vansant Benjamin Miyahiro Thompson, Morrison, Vansant are pretty obvious (not sure about the order). Not as obvious who comes after that, except that Tomasevic stands out as the clear #3 outside in school history. Desilets was the best blocker in school history Tomasevic is in the top 3 (with Vansant and Morrison) for kills, points, attacks, and has the most service aces in school history Miyashiro generally leads in almost all the libero stats There is pretty clear dominance in the record book between Vansant/Morrison/Tomasevic and anybody else for points, kills, attacks. Angela Bransom is close in kills and attacks, but they didn't track "points" back when she played. Benjamin has the best single season tally for kills and kills per set, but she's only 7th on the list for career kills. How deep do you go down the list for hitters before you put in a libero or a blocker?

Both Amy Gant (Steele) and Rogers were fantastic, and also Puikkonen.

My team? (Stanford - JUST in NCAA performance): 1A) Ogonna Nnamani 1B) Kristin Folkl 1C) Kerri Walsh 1D) Kathryn Plummer 1E) Logan Tom Kinda like an All-time HOF for the entire sport, in the NCAAs: Not Just SU. PLUS, if these guys above were otherwise occupied while playing in the Olympics, foreign leagues and/or World Championships-World Cup: 6A) Bev Oden 6B) Foluke Akinradewo 6C) Inky Ajanaku 6D) Kim Oden 6E) Morgan Hentz (who qualifies via Practically Reinventing the L position!) Of Course, if THESE folks are at the WC's, overseas leagues, and/or Olympics... ;-D

Off the top of my head for Texas:
- Destinee Hooker - Demetria Sance - Haley Eckerman - Chiaka Ogbogu - Mira Topic
Not all that familiar with our 1988 National Champions, but I hear Dawn Davenport was pretty good, too . . .

1) Hooker 2) Moriarty 3) Sance 4) Topic 5) Ogbogu
In no particular order. Ogbogu might not be on everyone’s list, but I think her combination of offense AND blocking puts her above most.

I originally had Rachel Adams instead of Ogbogu (probably because she's really blossomed as a pro and Olympian), but she did not have a stellar freshman season while Ogbogu was a four-time All-American.

Well, just so you know. Dawn was pretty fantastic. And there were some players on the 1988 team I would also put in the top 5 along with her.

Cary Wendell 11C). Cynthia Barboza 11D). Kristin Klein 11E). Cassidy Lichtman Alternates for ANY of the above teams). Lisa Sharpley + Barbara Ifejika! ANY Of These Teams could win a Number of NCs TODAY - I would pit the top 2 vs 2019 team (w/K. Kipp): A WAR!
