LBSU might be finally back for the play offs. Why, did they hire a new coach? They are finally returning to be a competitive team. Will the Wahine sweep them in 2019 again? LBSU will have a better team. Hawaii who knows.

As good as this class is for LBSU the 2020 & 2021 class contains several players that are considered some of the best in the country at their respective positions. LBSU is on the rise and should be a real contender in the years to come.

Another newcomer to LBSU volleyball was last night's unveiling of the new taraflex floor at the men's volleyball match vs CSUN. Both indoor programs will utilize the new floor going forward. This is another indication by the administration that they are going all in for volleyball. Hopefully this will have an impact on potential new recruits. link

The women's program have won multiple NCAA Titles, and only now they put a taraflex in The Pyramid, why because of the recent men's championship? Anyway, it is a such a great place to play volleyball, and a nightmare for visiting teams.

Oh wow, that looks amazing. Why did they wait so long? Loving the colors. I found an article when Rutgers installed their taraflex floor in September 2017 and at that time only two other Big Ten programs, Nebraska and Iowa, had these floors. It also stated that there were only 9 other Power 5 conference teams that had teraflex. It seems like LBSU is right up there. and not late to the party.

I watched a little of her play at the end of the try out. When she received a good set she put down some very nice shots but if the set was a little off she struggled a bit. She she was on a team with some quality players, including Stanford, on the final day.

Welcome to the Beach.
LBSU was thin in the middle but now the program has two middles in the 2020 class so things are starting to come into place. I have not seen Kam Bacon play but I know she comes from an athletic family, her sister was very athletic.
