The WVU Mountaineer got busted once for shooting a bear with his school issued musket. Google it. I did Google it, and I'm not sure "busted" is the right word. He was asked by the university not to use the muzzle-loader for hunting in the future (although apparently he was not the first one to have have used it for that). It seems the only actual trouble he got into was that he wasn't wearing the mandatory amount of blaze orange outerwear, and when the state saw that in the video, he got a $20 fine.
