have a great day dirtrider5. Too long of an offseason already, Zips? Too much time on your hands? Too few NCs since '12? Too little goin' on in an (obviously) boring, vacant existence? Get a grip/life.

Illinois scored with this player. She could really help in attracting more great players.

I have never heard of Alexa Filley. Setter at Auburn. Auburn is a good place to go to if you don't want anyone to know who you are. Buried in obscurity ... I doubt Wolfgang could name any of Auburn's volleyball players anyway. Maybe he's heard of Bo Jackson and Charles Barkeley (and knows they matriculated at Auburn).

He would have probably been inducted to both Canton and Cooperstown if not for that freak injury. The round mound of rebound, Sir Charles was a favorite of mine growing up a Sixers fan. Easily, two of my favorite athletes.

Looked up some famous Auburn alums. Kinda surprised by almost all:
Toni Tennille (of The Captain and Tennille) Jimmy Buffet Lionel Richie
and of course, Bo Jackson and Charles Barkley.

Bo Jackson left Auburn in spring of 1986 and in came Thomas in fall of 1986 to be the next two sport athlete. Fortunately for baseball Thomas had a severe ankle injury his freshman year in football and only played one year of football.

He was one of the best hitters in baseball for over a decade. Multiple AL MVPs, 521 HR, .301 BA, 1704 RBI. Nowadays, he is probably best known for hawking Nugenix on TV. www.ispot.tv/ad/Ap7_/nugenix-big-hurt-featuring-frank-thomas

A high school player not going to Hawaii? Of course he has no idea who she is! What is that Gatorade POY based on? I find it mildly odd that the last 10 Gatorade POYs have had the following senior ace ranks: 2019 36 2018 1 2017 1 2016 1 2915 2 2014 40 2013 1 2012 3 2011 1 2010 8 Additional Info - 2010 Ashley Wittman Minnesota 2011 Krista Vansant Washington 2012 Jordan Burgess Stanford 2013 Lauren Carlini Wisconsin 2014 Alexa Filley Auburn 2015 Mikaela Foecke Nebraska 2016 Khalia Lanier USC 2017 Lexi Sun Texas 2018 Thayer Hall Florida en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gatorade_Player_of_the_Year_awards#Volleyball_(girls_only)Shockingly, the sr ace is a better indicator of potential than a marketing award.

You know us too damn well.
