If anyone EVER figures out how to find the roster (the One with Pics and Bio’s, not just the press release), let me know as it is a mystery to me where they might be found - know they are there..... but can’t find them. Our website is so sad. They probably spent so much on it but it functions poorly and is not updated very often. It's hard to find basic information. I don't think it ever got fully updated with the roster at any point last year, which is incredibly embarrassing for a National Sport Organization.

Team Canada Women are off to Play in the Challenger series (Mexico and Puerto Rico) in Quebec this weekend. Exited to see how these ladies will do with new athletes and leadership. Canada B is scrimmaging University Of Washington at Lynden High School in Lynden Washington this Saturday at 2pm Local time. Could be some fun volleyball to watch. B Team is sending Kory White (ALBERTA) Hillary Howe (Trinity) Cassandra Bujan (Manitoba) and Courtney Baker (Dalhousie) to FISU games in Italy. Congratulations ladies!

We think we have problems with our National Team setting the middles. Canada, you need to set the middles more or you will be in trouble against good teams relying on the outsides. Hopefully, against Puerto Rico they will find more involvement for the middles offensively.

Live Stats have Canada up 2-0 on Puerto Rico. This would be a big win for them.
Autumn Bailey (Marquette/Michigan State) and Alexa Gray (BYU) are Canada's top scorers.
PR's live stat's are unavailable. Daly Santana did not make the trip

With the win Canada moves on to the second stage qualification for VNL. No jump spin serving for Bailey, Van Ryk, or Joseph. Canada plays a 6-2 with Van Ryk and Joseph on the right side.

Was a bit surprised at the starting setter position. I like Dani Smith but Cyr was the clear starter last year. Other than her, the lineup was very similar to last year.
