IMO, libero shouldnt make it this year. no one stood out beyond belief throughout the course of the season. yes gage was fantastic in some plays, but his overall serve reception wasnt better than boehle. so i dont think there should be one over the other. and honestly, molina outplayed him that last match. boehle was the best player on his team, and i believe he was the only libero to be the best player on a top 10 team. so if its not boehle, than no gage. It is a requirement for at least one of the ten spots on each of the First and Second All-America teams to go to a libero. And Molina outplayed no one, especially not Gage. He is Long Beach's worst player.

Umm off the top of my head, didn't Molina shank a ton of balls in the 5th set? Let alone the whole match lol

It's actually quite impressive how solid Ensing is in receive, although it would be great if opposites weren't expected to be bad/mediocre passers...

Hoping Maa gets it by reputation but I understand if he drops to second team.

Does it matter that Gyimah is 58th in the country in blocks/set?

Molina was solid in serve reception and defending 98% of the time. when the OHs consistently step in front of the Libero and fill more seam than him you know he is not best in the country. In the last game at least two (that I remember) free ball passes were way off and the reason LB did not convert an easy ball for a point. Gage makes plays that save points consistently where you are just , "wow!" how did he do that.

Molina is an average libero, never seen one try to pass so many serves with his hands.
