In regards to the QR code hassle, at the Music City qualifier, we simply took a photo of our license, used pic collage app and added it to the QR code in a picture on phone. Only had to show that to enter...no digging through wallet to find ID. Worked great and was very quick. Security loved it! I thought about that as I posted the hassle info about digging for my ID. Glad to hear someone tried it and it worked! Thanks!

In their slightly tongue-in-cheek predictions (because pools aren't posted yet), PrepVolleyball predicts that Texas Image will beat Legacy in the 18 Open finals. Circle City and TAV take 3rd. Circle city ? Caitie Baird’s team correct ?? Unless the 18s division is very week in Dallas they have no chance. They have lost to multiple 18s teams that aren’t even qualified for open. I’ve witnesssed them lose the a couple of 17s teams too and watched them at the Chicago qualifier and was thoroughly unimpressed. Baird is good, no one else on the team is next level type of player.

Unless the club director is lying to me, Circle City 18s have lost only eight times this year: Legacy times 3, Elevation times 2, A5, Mavs KC and TK. All Open qualified, all but one seeded among the top eight. Some of the losses came without Baird...

I don't know what you saw, but I think your information may be off. AES lists their overall record at 51-8. In their "unimpressive" showing in Chicago, they won it all, went undefeated, and only dropped two sets all weekend. They also won the Nike President's Day tourney, took 2nd at Bluegrass, 3rd at the Central Zone Invitational, 4th at the Ohio NQ, and 5th at the JVA World Challenge. Their only "bad" showing, is a 9th at the MEQ, where they went 6-2 with losses to A5 and MAVs.

One more thing - according to the Circle City webpage, every girl on that team is committed to a D1 school for college volleyball, so they're all "next level type of players." You don't have to tear down other kids to build up your school's recruit. Jerk.

And I didn’t once build up Caitie Baird, who let me clarify, is not “my” recruit. I am not Kevin hambly. (Little known fact ab me 😱). Stamford also is not “my” school. I have no correlation to the university... but hey, on the birth side you’re a dad that argues on online volleyball sites and insults people! Maturity is ooseing from you

Maturity is ooseing from you Both our posts speak for themselves. It's reasonable to deduce that your screen name "stanfordvb" means that you're a Stanford supporter. I also don't know how to interpret "Baird is good, no one else on the team is next level type of player" as anything other than building up Baird at the expense of her teammates. And, for the record, this is my first argument on this online volleyball site, and you don't know how to spell oozing. EDIT: ... and it seems you were dishonest about their losses.

Legacy for the win, they do a better job in the backcourt. Separately, anyone else not very impressed with the 18's play this year? I would have to agree... I mean even the fact that Circle City is projected to place third kinda supports the opinion of not-so-great level of 18s play (they're pretty much a one trick pony with Baird and their setter tries too hard!). 2015/2016 were some pretty great years 2015: Tstreet had Plummer/Hodson lighting it up, Coast was stacked with Sun, Dahlke and Page, TAV was also stacked, Mizuno LB had YBG, Iosia, etc., Laguna beach had Ruddins/Ford, Front Range had Raskie, Poulter, Hranicka.... heck even some of the silver/bronze teams were strong with Rancho Valley, Five Stars (man Van Winden was sooo good), and Vision. 2016: MN select with their special group, AZ Storm too, Invasion, KC Power, Milw Sting, TAV had a strong group, Aspire/Tstreet/Mizuno were pretty solid too. and somehow in 2015 all those teams laid an egg except Tstreet.

I have only heard about their losses through other players at the tournaments I don’t check aes standfordvb: "I’ve witnesssed them lose the a couple of 17s teams too . . . " Just stop. I saw them lose to pnk in a preseason tournament in my hometown 100% fact. So I’m not gonna just stop if it’s true.

If this were a set I’d say AZ is up 22-12. More please I don’t do volley talk arguments over things not regarding volleyball. And haven’t made any assumptions about az so if u call me a loser for stating that circle city did in fact lose to a 17s team and saying in my opinion that I’d int think they can hang with top teams, have at it !

Triple Crown's Top 10 finishers from the NIT.
1. Legacy 2. TIV 3. Asics KIVA (NOT PLAYING) 4. TK Volleyball 5. Northern Lights (NOT PLAYING) 6. TAV 7. Top Select 7. Sunshine Westside 9. Arizona Storm 10. Munciana Samurai (NOT PLAYING)
Of the 7 teams list above playing in Open who doesn't make the Final 8?

And haven’t made any assumptions about az so if u call me a loser for stating that circle city did in fact lose to a 17s team and saying in my opinion that I’d int think they can hang with top teams, have at it ! Your first post was almost completely inaccurate and every post after that has compounded your error. No one faulted you for saying that Circle City might not be as good as other top teams. You've been criticized for putting down players and making numerous demonstrably false statements. You have no credibility and should stop posting here and focus on the drubbing you're receiving on the Texas thread. Here's the breakdown of your inaccuracies. You wrote: "They have lost to multiple 18s teams that aren’t even qualified for open." Not true and when the falsehood of multiple losses to unqualified 18s teams was pointed out, you wrote: "I have only heard about their losses through other players at the tournaments I don’t check aes ." You also wrote that you had "witnessed them lose to a couple of 17s teams too." When the lie of losses to a "couple of 17s teams too" was highlighted, you then backtracked to claim you witnessed only one loss "to pnk in a preseason tournament in my hometown ." I suspect that statement is also false. The only preseason tourney involving Circle City 18s and PNK 17s that I could find resulted in Circle City victory in three sets. Would you now like to modify your statement from witnessing losses to a couple of 17s team to dropping one set to a 17s team? Or maybe you should just stop?
