Heโs a preacher. Had to make it stop quickly so no blood on his shirt and off to church! He used one of those stainless old fashioned razors with the flat blades. Man that was tough around the ankles and knees.

Again, we arenโt worthy. How did dogs get to be so absolutely perfect?

My dog gets a lot of praise in public, e.g., "He's so handsome," "He's so cute," "Beautiful German Shepherd." And on and on. It's common courtesy to reciprocate if they are also with their dogs. However, I've reciprocated only ONCE in my entire life because, frankly, I never found the other dogs to be all that. Some are borderline nasty ugly. I know I know, shame on me.

My dog was in another room, making a lot of scratching noises while grunting. I walked over and saw him on his belly, shaking and writhing. I thought he was having some sort of seizure. I almost had a heart attack. So, I ran up to him and, upon closer inspection, he was just struggling and working hard to get a chunk of doggy beef biscuit that was lying underneath a desk, some inaccessible dark corner. I don't even know how that doggy treat got there. It's possible he brought it there sometime in the past and he had inadvertently kicked it underneath. It's a mystery.

So glad it was a funny incident and not a serious one. These guys have such a lock on our hearts!
