Or maybe Ratledge with Rafu out? Rat has picked up Del Sol. Good opportunity for Skylar. Honer picked up Yoder. Many have been clamoring for Skylar to get a partner that forces teams to serve him. Not many side out better than Ed but then again teams never served Rafu?

VDM playing with his 59th partner this season. I was watching his game against Ed on Friday night I believe and at one point Ed packed VDM partner Radde in the face pretty hard, Ed and Rafu came under net to see if he was ok and VDM just starts yelling at them to stay on their side of the net. While I don't know Ed personally and only met him once standing in line for food, from what is said on here and by the announcers he seems like an incredible guy and overall great role model. While on the other hand VDM just complained at his partner the whole match and just had an overall sh*t attitude. Just really resonated that Ed was trying to see if his Radde was OK and VDM was just a giant d*ck, before the second set started the mics picked up Radde telling Ed he appreciated him coming over and that wasn't him that wanted them away, even if he called him a Fuc*er a few times and Ed said he took it as a compliment. Is VDM always this big of a dick and that is why he keeps moving around partners?

Will be interested to see how he does getting served over and over and over throughout their matches. He has not seen that since Crabb and we know how that ended out, but then again they were playing some World class teams. Point wise they still may be a qualifier. Am a little curious why there's no Skylar and Piotr. They have still played with each other the last couple years in grassroot tournaments and they have beat Kolinske and Evan's twice so it wouldnt be them not playing well since NVL.

I also like Piotr as a partner but Ed will be great for Skylar and Ed gets an update at setter, grabbing the one guy who sets better than Rafu.

I have heard VDM doesn't have the greatest attitude but that just makes him seem like an @$$%*!*.

Ricardo is becoming more like Hyden, no partner wants to deal with that. That would actually be an interesting partnership. Hyden and Ricardo! Salty Seniors!

Skylar plays really well when the culture is loose and it's fun, and that something Ed is really good at dictating. Skylar can be prickly and isn't the greatest at setting a team culture but he will definitely buy in if it's there.

I have heard VDM doesn't have the greatest attitude but that just makes him seem like an @$$%*!*. Day 1, Court 1 Recap, Part 2; (3:00:00 mark) is where the serve comes in, I mis-remembered verbatim as it actually was the two of them hitting heads on a husband/wife ball. VDM didn't yell, but he did tell them promplty they needed to stay on their own side. Ed comes back with "Dude, we..we care enough to see if he is OK. This un-trusting mindset really isn't working for you." www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B07RQ87116/ref=atv_me_avp_c_5OnXfD_brws_4_1At 3:04:50 they start to come out of the timeout and Radde says "I liked you guys coming over to talk to me, that wasn't me, even though I did say F you Ed a couple times." Ed replied with " I took them as a compliment"
