^ if they qualify, it IS b/c they're the better team, because they're too close in points right now to allow them any breathing room.

It really isn't THAT close. They are almost an entire result ahead of Slaes.

Calling the race now is a fools game.
Fun banter, but pure speculation.
Let’s see whom is fresh in 2020.
KC/SP contended with a lousy coach so hopefully Ryan can set them straight.
Plateau for KL/ES but it was a long grueling international grind. KW/BS are a pleasant surprise and Keri proved once again she is an amazing athlete at any age. Lots of sore moving parts, but BS proves she can hang with most.
AK showed her rapid ascent up the skills grid but also showed some of the same beatable weaknesses.
AR with great reads all season but showed kinks in the armor with side out % problems and lack of stamina to keep delivering the bomb jump serve aces down the stretch.
S&S is just an unknown. Back injuries are unpredictable and unforeseen. Very difficult to regain peak performance depending on severity.
