I think this is a very good team. They just seem inconsistent. I don’t think anyone wants to draw them come NCAA tournament time. They have played a hard schedule and have had mixed results.

The return of Jamie Peterson and the play of sophomore libero Maura Collins has really energized this roster. It would have been nice if they could have finished off that upset against Florida but they are still in a good position to qualify for the tournament. VCU again should be the only serious competition in the A10.

Their loss to SMU was a back breaker coming off their win against Michigan. They lack another OH who can consistently put the ball down. I agree about Collins at libero...she is very good.

I don't think SMU was that bad of a bad loss; they have a bit higher RPI and it was understandable to have a letdown after that emotional Michigan match.

They generally finish second in a one bid league. Tough spot to be.

Don’t be surprised if SMU finishes ABOVE Michigan in RPI. SMU took down TCU and was in a tight battle with Oklahoma , nearly going 5.

I guess it was just the fact they had just started receiving votes in the coaches poll and then a straight set sweep from a team I feel they could have competed better against.

Are the Flyers playing this year? No schedule posted. They appear on the schedule for Duquesne, VCU and Davidson. So I would think so?

Are the Flyers playing this year? No schedule posted. In their recent press release regarding the preseason poll they state that "UD looks to kick off its spring 2021 season in early February. The complete slate will be released soon." As @avid mentioned, Louisville has them down for an exhibition on February 6. My guess is that they are waiting for the A-10 to release their schedule, which should be very soon. VCU and George Mason are scheduled to play next weekend.
