Foecke had her best passing match of the season so far from the stats, 19 perfect passes at 53%, second on that team.

Daalderop is Firenze's best offensive OH at the moment but she struggles with passing. I think Foecke will need to up her offensive out put too but I am glad she is doing better at passing. My only concern is that the Italian league uses the Molten ball and not the Mikasa ball. Molten is what the NCAA uses and is easier to pass.

What do the NCAA women use? It's all over the place.... Depends on school. Some use that terrible Nike ball.

Not the best match for Foecke today, but Fiernze swept August Raskie's team, Perugia. Raskie played, but didn't record any stats (according to the box score, which doesn't seem to show assists?)

Imoco, Scandicci and Busto Arsizio are stacked this season. Those are my picks for top 3. I think Italy will be even stronger than Turkey this year in Champions League. Yep, just like last year with two Italian teams in the final. It sure seems like Turkey is importing fewer and fewer profession players from abroad. I don't know if this is a budget issue, or they've developed enough of their own players that they don't think they need them. Either way, this decision is mildly diminishing the level of their league.

Washington and Lowe both had big games in their(UYBA) win over Brescia today. Washington had 13 kills, Lowe had 18. Jones-Perry only subbed in one set for Brescia but had an ace. Chieri won today. Amber Rolfzen had 7 kills. Poulter played all four sets. On the opposing team(Caserta), Alhassan had 12 kills. For Conegliano, Hill came in as a sub in the first set, but didn't register any points. Ogbogu did not play. On the opposing team, Casalmaggiore, Cuttino had 6 kills.
Side note, I've just realized in the box scores they calculate percentage as kills/attacks. They don't count in errors. Strange

Anyone else having issues with Flo not broadcasting todays match between Novara and Busto Arsizio? I'm waiting on an email from them. Match should have started airing at 2:30 CST. Still no steam is live. Flo is complete GARBAGE!
