IDK maybe a non-coaching(# restricted by NCAA) assistant, like a "director of volleyball operations" type position? Would help with everything other than directly coaching and recruiting off-campus? Like scouting, scheduling, etc. Just a guess.

That as a semi adequate adult I can't perform the simple operation of posting a photo or that he puts his resume up on a bulletin board like everyone else looking for a job? I think I figured it out. That he posted his resume. I hope he gets so many calls. I don’t think your picture worked though 🙃

Like scouting, scheduling, etc. Just a guess. If I recall correctly, you can call the staff positions anything you'd like but only four can be "coaches" that instruct, recruit etc. (3 paid, 1 volunteer who is limited to on campus recruiting activities). Even the head coach doesn't have to be called coach. (Although Jill changed her title after 2017.) The same is true for "non-coaching staff members", they don't have to have specific titles but, for purposes of compliance, they aren't allowed to instruct or recruit. I believe that Plante is one of those cases, a non-coaching staff member with a non-traditional volleyball title.

I would think Lucas-White from Al St would be considered for Auburn. She would check most of the boxes I would think.... I agree to this! wouldn't have to relocate.

I may know of a few open assistant and volunteer jobs if he wants to PM me. Anything to help.

Funny that he coached a quad with the national team, and chose to leave that off of his resume.
We like him for San Diego State?

Leah Johnson is also an Alumna who is in the hall of fame at Missouri State, but would she want to relocate her young family again, she's only been at Illinois State for 3 years. They also just announced for giving Tuesday that they are taking the Illinois State team to China in May. Just bringing awareness to the topic... Why is it primarily when females are applying for jobs that we talk about her having trouble relocating the family? Any parent is going to look out for his/her family's best interest. If that's moving to a new job, then that's what it takes. I believe she took the job at Illinois State a few months after having a baby. I'm sure she did this because she felt it was the best opportunity for her family - same as anyone would do. She's done a hell of a job at ISU with back to back conference championships and NCAA appearances. Illinois State didn't win back to back conference championships... Tied with UNI in 2018, but lost in the MVC Tournament Championship. This season, UNI won the conference championship, but Illinois State won the tournament championship. I believe Leah's first conference tournament championship ever as a D1 HC.

Even stranger, why do they have a fax number? I know in public schools, student records must be faxed, not scanned, as they will be sent via internet with scanning. Perhaps for privacy reasons they are required to have fax option as well.
