Do tournaments allow individuals to distribute flyers for camps to players and coaches? Is there a process for doing this? Any information that could be shared about if this is possible and if so how it is done would be greatly appreciated.

There is no issue with doing this. Generally, people leave flyers for camps at tournaments or other gatherings where they know there will be a lot of volleyball people to spread their word.

At the Badger Region Championships and the Dale Rohde Memorial Boys Volleyball Tournament hosted at the Wisconsin Center in downtown Milwaukee, we have a designated area next to the Tournament Desk where we hang a copy of each flyer/brochure. We also provide space in the form of a small table for any director, facility or camp operator to put a stack of their brochures (at their expense). The camp flyer table is a very popular gathering place for athletes, parents and others to learn about summer camps, beach opportunities and other goings on in the Region. There are some rules that the NCAA schools must follow when posting such flyers or laying out brochures, but that responsibility falls on them -- not the tournament staff.
