I probably jinxed Wetterstrom, she had a couple of poor passes and then Michigan let a ball go on another serve receive that dropped near the back line for an ace.
15-13 NKU, TO Michigan. NKU won a challenge that a ball was in on a sharp cross-court shot from their right, to switch from 14-12 Michigan to 13 all. They've tried that shot quite a bit and missed it several times before they won that challenge.

17 all, TO NKU after they hit a pipe out of bounds.

Baffling that 6 people thought NKU would win this. Almost like they didn’t really the NKU had more losses playing in the Horizon than Michigan did playing in the Big Ten. Probably the same people that wanted half of the Horizon League in the NCAA tournament... Is it possible they voted that way because they do not like Michigan? It is also possible that those people voted because Michigan has a lot of issues which are being shown here. Sure, Michigan is up 2-0 but they have had to battle the entire way so far

Michigan 12-9 in set 3, TO NKU. This is as good as I've seen Wetterstrom play in the last few months - obviously NKU isn't a B1G team, but she's making the most of her opportunities in this one. Wetterstrom had a great match against Indiana last week.

If we can pass, we can beat Kentucky. That’s a big if.

If May is out, they'll definitely need her to keep stepping up.

If we can pass, we can beat Kentucky. That’s a big if. I think they can pull it off. Kentucky is good, but I have faith that Michigan will scrap and fight hard enough to give em a run for their money
