DU falls apart after some good VB in the 1st half of 3rd set.
Stanford SWEEEEPS.
Plummer looks like she has a couple extra tools in her belt in the last month (better serve, smart corner shots). Hope it takes Stanford all the way. BACK THE PAC!

thanks. I went to the stream listed here and it didn't work... then went over to Pac12 networks and couldn't find it. It never occurred to me the link listed here would be incorrect. Sorry. The link I had in the OP worked for me without any problems. But that's one reason I post the tweets with links bc it sometimes gives ppl more options to try.

There should be free watch-around links for NCAA tournament games (e.g., on the NCAA tournament Web page). That is more or less what LHN did for the Austin sub-regional. Hawai’i has done that in the past for their officially pay-per-view/subscription coverage. I guess Pac-12 Network does not agree. Even an official replay post to YouTube after the fact is better than nothing... that is how I watched the Stanford-OSU match at Corvallis. I've been able to watch all the matches online that are being played at PAC-12 venues without signing in to a provider or the PAC-12 Network (which is not available in my area) -- until this match.
If Stanford pulls this crap next weekend for the regionals, I'm going to be very pissed. The NCAA requires all NCAA tourney matches to be offered free to everyone if ESPN declines to put the match on one of its platforms. Even ESPN has never charged a fee, although as the rights holder they could do so.
ESPN has exclusive rights from the Sweet 16 onward. As a commercial broadcaster paying the NCAA for broadcast rights, the Pac-12 Network’s commercial broadcasts are not subject to the regulation that says a school cannot charge for a live stream. They are not a school, and a commercial broadcast is not a live stream. The live streams from this sub-regional will be freely available, as Georgia-Cal Poly was. If tomorrow’s match is not picked for broadcast... so far, it hasn’t been... the live stream will also be freely available. Pac-12 Washington did not choose U-Dub/Winthrop for broadcast and tomorrow’s sub-regional final is also scheduled to be a live stream. FYI... tomorrow’s Wisconsin and Minnesota matches are on BTN (not BTN+) and are not free (BTN+ waived their usual fee for live streams).

Back from the match ... the summary is pretty simple. Denver had no answer for Plummer, period, end of story. Yeah, Stanford could clean some things up, like Gray's connection to Campbell and avoiding one of those bad passing runs. But all-in-all a pretty clinical performance, especially with the back row D.
I liked Denver's fast attack, but their passing wasn't good enough to really take advantage. A team OOS against Stanford usually ends up eating volleyballs on their side of the court.

To be fair most teams don’t have a answer for Plummer. Just saying.

A team OOS against Stanford usually ends up eating volleyballs on their side of the court. Or with “Wilson” impressed backward on various body parts (though in the tournament it might be a different brand).

I feel like KP would be a pretty good coach she came out of the locker room to watch the first match in the 4th set. Definitely loves the game.

I noticed that when Plummer was out (injured), she would sometimes talk to Fitzmorris as Fitz rotated out. Definitely looked she was passing along an observation or advice, and not just saying "Good job".

That girl gets no rest. She is expected to carry team to another natty and after that if fans had it their way she would go straight to starting for national team. Lol

And Stanford doesn't have to face a Tom-Black-coached team in the second round, so that's a plus.
