UCLA up 5-3. These announcers don't watch much volleyball. lol.. The play-by-play guy is awful. He doesn't seem to know anything. He even gets simple things wrong like which team got the point (and has no clue why they did) or even which team blocked the other one. (E.g., he said UCLA blocked ND when ND had a great block on UCLA)> He's one of the worst announcers I've heard all season. Whenever it's a student broadcast, 4/5 times the commentators have no clue about volleyball.... It's a bit sad though that a contender like Wisconsin is providing clueless commentators for the NCAA tournament.....

When there passing is spot-on, they can beat anyone..... When there passing is off, they can be a mess....

I know students often don't know anything about volleyball or the teams but (1) he's worse than the vast majority of student announcers I've heard this season and (2) more importantly, why is Wisconsin putting a clueless student on to broadcast this? And why doesn't he let the other guy talk? I'm not sure the other guy knows volleyball but it's not painful to listen to him.

Volleyball gods please let Sabrina Smith be okay! We need her. from what I saw, it looks like the ball hit her eye on the way down from the block. Looked like her contact fell out and was stuck on her face under the eye. as a fellow contact wearer it looked painful lol. all it takes is a small piece of lint or dirt to throw everything off. her eye looked watery and like it was crying. but long story short, she'll be fine.. hopefully lol

Ugly first set. both teams serving into the net, several sets on both sides where only play is to tip them over. UCLA catching their stride late

I don't remember who blocked it for UCLA, but when her arms were swinging down, she hit her.

May and Simo with no hitting errors through two sets. Pretty impressive. Make that one hitting error at the end of the set : (

UCLA has a quick offense and a formidable block.
And crap Simo has a quick arm.
