My rotator cuff is crying just watching this Kipp had a similar hit from the right side about halfway through the season. The ball was crushed well inside the 10 ft line at roughly the same spot, but opposite direction. That's when you say to yourself, "Wowza!" For some reason this reminded me of Hodson’s freshman season when she absolutely cracked a ball from the right side and nearly took off the right front defender’s face. I remember thinking “Good thing the defender put her hands up”. I believe it was against Texas A&M

Love Johnbar's clips of Plummer! I have never seen she played better hitting, passing, and digging in this last game at Maples. She just wanted to leave everything on the floor. Plummer had so many jaw-dropping WOWZA hits in this match.

Can never find post game press conferences. What's the deal? Yeah, where can you find the post-game press conferences? Anyone has a link?

Here is Plummer putting away the last two points in set one (sorry, large gif): Look at the defense for these two points, esp. where White was...She got fooled by Plummer. Love the gif...get them coming.

Love the gif...get them coming. Sure, but that really isn't her ball. It's either right back or the OH in front left. Based on where it dropped she possibly should have been able to get there had she read the play correctly, but you can't blame her here.

It's been two days, but I'm still basking in the glow of a stunning weekend. I scored killer seats in which I died with every point Friday and then thrilled to the PLummer, Gates, Campbell show on Saturday night. Many thanks to the seniors for four memorable years of first-class volleyball. Special thanks to Spear Chucker Gray for her leadership and skill. Boy, will I miss these ladies! BTW, yes, Gray was setting Gates and Campbell higher and further outside on the slides. I suspect that was mostly as matchup decision, but it worked. I'll give Hambly credit for that plan. Against Minnesota, I expect the same emphasis on tough serving and location.
