I have a hard time not putting Robinson on the court though. Gotta think she's the best passer we have. Not sure how her defense compares to Larson. She brings a lot of energy too imo. The ship might have sailed in terms of her playing libero so she would have to be the other OH. That would give us something like: S: Carlini Opp: Drews OH: Thompson OH: Robinson M1: Foluke M2: Ogbogu Lib: JWO Or if Robinson gets put back at libero somehow (possibly due to JT showing she belongs on the outside) it could be S: Carlini Opp: Drews OH: Thompson OH: Larson M1: Foluke M2: Ogbogu Lib: Robinson Has the KRob at Libero really sailed? lol I thought nothing's set in stone yet. In all honestly, I do think that Robinson is better than Larson at OH, but she's also probably the best libero option. I just expect her to be the libero. OH: Thompson, Larson OPP: Drews S: Carlini M: Akinradewo, Ogbogu L: Robinson I think everyone thought JWO was out of the picture but she really showed up last year and seems to be a much more viable candidate for the position than we thought. It's also been implied that Robinson just flat out doesn't want to do it. But idk. Who knows what Karch will do

If he continues to employ his current system, there is no guarantee that Thompson will be switched to OH as early as Tokyo. I agree with what has been pointed out here before that Karch is too risk-averse for him to even think of that as a possibility. If Thompson will play as OPP, JWO will have a chance at LIB as Robinson stays at OH. I just don't like the idea of one of Drews and Thompson being benched. They should be inside the court together especially if one of them is versatile enough to play outside. His first option is probably: Hill, Larson, Robinson, MBH + Drews, Thompson (opens the possibility for JWO and Courtney at LIB). Then: Hill, Larson, Thompson, MBH + Robinson (Lib) + Drews, OPP2 (opens the possibility for Plummer/Lowe)

I think between JWO, Robinson and Larson he can get two good enough passers next to Thompson to maintain some type of tempo. Last summer we slowed it down a bit anyways, it wasn't as fast as we had previously been trying during Murphy years. I agree that he is very risk-averse but he's blind if he can't see the value in JT's ability to terminate alongside Drews.

We already know what the first option can do.

I could get by a Larson-Thompson OH starting duo. S: Carlini Opp: Drews OH: Thompson OH: Larson M1: Foluke M2: Ogbogu Lib: Robinson THIS! Scary good potentially!

S: Carlini Opp: Drews OH: Thompson OH: Larson M1: Foluke M2: Ogbogu Lib: Robinson THIS! Scary good potentially! Agreed. But sadly, I think we’re denying reality if we think Karch is going to do that. I think the most likely outcome by a lot is that Thompson is just the second OPP who comes in on the double sub while Robinson plays OH and Courtney at libero.

Anything is really possible leading up to Tokyo. I just know what I can see from Thompson and she is showing some scary good potential on the left.

JWO is ahead of Courtney. So is Obagu.... 😂 All kidding aside Courtney is NOT the answer for the Libero position.

If not Robinson, then go all in on JWO... Courtney is not worth an Olympic spot

I recall someone saying Robinson was struggling this past season? Is that true? Also, is JT’s passing up to par for the olympics?
