K, so what does "tea" mean? Does it mean speculation, what ifs, and innocent disregard for the fact we are talking about actual people and actual institutions? Do we put ourselves in players' shoes and put forth the most presumptuous transfer hypothesis? Or... do we offer cruel and brutal wild ass guess rumors with full intent to sabotage recruiting and/or all good order of the dastardly arch enemy, the rival marsupial/rodent/predator?

It means gossip. Imagine you're with some friends. You'd almost always say, "spill!" (as in "spill some tea, bro!") to get them to reveal something juicy. It's info only a few people know. It's not speculation but actual factual info. I also assumed it had something to do with slow pouring of goodness from a pot, as in pouring from a portal pot.

apparently, Elan McCall of TCU removed TCU from her instagram bio. i don’t know much about TCU, did she have any playing time? She was removed from the roster last week and added to the master list in the transfer thread. (In the No Longer On Roster section.) She was far and away their best player; injured much of this season but will definitely be a good catch for many good teams.

I mostly agree. Although, I'd say that gossip can include non-factual info. It's always important to carefully consider the source of the tea.

McCall is really good, a poor man's (TCU's) Pressley if you will in terms of a high jumping player who is a stud OH. HUGE loss for TCU and their rebuilding. It will be interesting to see where she ends up.

Caffeine is the enemy! Growing up, my parents would make two pots of a coffee a day; hated the smell it left in the house. Told myself I'd never drink it; and, I held true to that. But, i don't begrudge anyone who enjoys it.
actually coffee is supposed to be good for you if you don't overdo it I like coffee: I don't like tea; I like Volleyball yessiree GO HUSKERS I love the taste of coffee but have quit for good. In reality it's very bad for everyone, suppresses serotonin production in gut microbiome and also this: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17223552

USC is possible but I'm not familiar with their incoming recruits. Not sure what other potential landing spots would be, OU?

In terms of transfers, I suspect USC will be looking for either a stud MB or an elite L. Those are the only two weaknesses on the roster.

I doubt she goes to Baylor since they already got the transfer from UNC.

I think McCall would have to sit out a year and would not be eligible until 2021. By then Pressley would have graduated and there would be an open spot for her.
If she’s not requested to sit, Baylor has an opening at libero she could compete for.
Additionally, her boyfriend runs track at Baylor so it makes sense.

McCall is a huge get for anyone if healthy
