Today is the start of another year for Philippines' Premier Volleyball League (PVL), starting with the All Filipino Conference (no foreign players). The finals just last December set the record of the biggest volleyball attendance in the Philippines:
Fil-American Brooke Van Sickle from University of Hawaii is expected to make a big impact to Petro Gazz Angels. MJ Phillips who is playing in Korea is also listed on her home team's roster (Petro Gazz), while Celine Domingo who just recently finished her stint in Thailand will be joining another team - Akari Chargers. Jaja Santiago who is playing in Japan is in her home team's roster (Chery Tiggo), but well, she's always in their roster in the past tournaments even if she doesn't play so idk The team roster, players photos, schedules, standing, and the livestream are all available on the league's website. All full replay of the games are also uploaded on their youtube account after the game. website: pvl.ph. youtube: www.youtube.com/@pvlph/videos

the superliga-VBTV thing is only for brazil... thats stupid and i hate them. I thought it's only in Brazil + US, because I saw your tweet about it. I immediately checked my VBTV when I saw your tweet last week and it's not on my VBTV so I just know I'm not getting it. If it's not on the Schedule tab but only searchable, means I won't get it anyway I'm just curious though, are there other leagues you can watch on your VBTV accounts that we might not be seeing from our side of the world? Other than Italian League, I have the Indian League (RuPay Prime Volleyball) which I don't watch anyway, and some upcoming NCAA games which I don't recognize. Are these Men's volleyball?

Can you watch if you use a VPN to change to a Brazil IP? maybe. My VBTV hasn’t ever worked with vpn tho. Rip Hmm. I use NordVPN. I set my IP to Brazil and then clicked on the link in the VBTV press release. It showed me a landing page for the Brazilian Superliga for both men and women. When I clicked on the same link with a different device that had my US IP address, it showed me a different landing page for the Italian Superliga. So I think it believed that I was in Brazil, but I'm not going to sign up for a subscription to see if the streaming works, lol.

Can you watch if you use a VPN to change to a Brazil IP? I tried this and it doesn't work in both my paid and free VPN.

Osasco beat SESC RJ in five sets last night. That's SESC's first loss since like early november (They'd only lost to minas before then)
Roni had 21 kills, 2 blocks, 1 ace for SESC.
Brionne had 9 kills, 5 blocks for Osasco. Callie had 5 kills, 3 blocks, 1 ace
