General PVF question. I saw the CBS Sports partnership, but do we know if all games will be televised? Will they be streamed anywhere else if not? CBS is contracted for a minimum of 10 regular season games plus the entirety of the championship weekend. They've said in interviews that teams are responsible for thier local TV coverage (none of which have been announced) and those games would be available through their yet-to-be-announced streaming partners (domestic and foreign). So, in other words, we know nothing.

my delulu self is telling myself that we’ll get streaming info this week Not that delusional. Times ticking. You have a 33% chance as there's only 3 weeks left before the season starts. You know getting the home openers produced has to be a priority. At the very least for the historical significance of each. They need to be archived!

ooh Sponcil is listed as S/L interesting Her and Finghall would be a sick double sub if she doesn’t win the Libero spot. Also would be a nice role while she adjusts back into the indoor game.

The Rise are the first PVF franchise to formalize local media exposure. A minimum of six of the Rise’s home matches will be televised in Grand Rapids by WXSP “The X” (Channel 15), a low-power Class A station that is a member of the Nexstar Media Group and also is the TV home of the American Hockey League’s Grand Rapid Griffins. Across West Michigan’s markets, the Rise will be shown on affiliated stations WOKZ (Channel 50) in Kalamazoo, WOMS (Channel 29) in Muskegon, WOBC (Channel 14) in Battle Creek and WOHO (Channel 33) in Holland. On the radio, WMAX-FM (96.1 The Game) will carry the Rise’s matches, with the scope of the coverage still up in the air. Billing itself “West Michigan’s Home for Sports,” WMAX-FM features a wide range of locally produced play-by-play and sports-talk programming, and is a member of the Fox Sports Radio Network. volleyballmag.com/pro-volleyball-federation-notes-010224/

So we're still waiting on streaming info? Yes. In regards to WXSP, it is available in our market on "hulu+ Live TV" along with the CBS Sports Network, so that's good.

Interesting, WZZM (One of two ABC affiliates in our television market) conducted these interviews and got this footage from mini-camp but waited to broadcast it until the actual preseason started.
