I agree spring is the time to tinker with lineups and try things so not really worried about what the scores are. And if history tells us anything, Craig will put out another solid/good team next fall. I think some of us are just hoping to get back to the great/elite level we were on before the last few years. I feel like Craig hasn't taken advantage of the whole 5th year, portal, NIL era we are in like other top programs and that has cost him some success. Either way, I'm excited about the young players we have on this team and I think they'll leave a great mark. I agree. hopefully the shiny new facility will help with transfers and recruiting when its finished lol

UNC transfer Sydney Nolan that is now at UC was playing OH for them and looked really good there. Pretty sure she was a MB at UNC. This is part of the reason she left UNC. Actually it was none of the reason why she left UNC. She wanted to be closer to home and that was it. She was fine playing MB or OH.

A huge thank you for all of the comments, especially to those who could attend the match. I too am frustrated that we don’t get more direct information from the UK staff. Can someone give me a description of Wilson’s problem and her expected return.

Could be - I heard what I posted from a coach who reached out to her after she entered the portal. Proximity to home and position was what I was told. I certainly don't have any inside knowledge personally.

Interview out with Emma Grome from yoursportsedge (Larry Vaught). Volleyball team headed to Japan, pretty cool opportunity
Kentucky could also get a boost from an overseas trip to Japan in May.
“We will get to play a couple of matches and explore a couple of cities in Japan. I have never been out of the country, so it will definitely be fun and a good team bonding experience,” she said.

Grome and Deleye can win a lot of matches in the SEC but they are going to need for the backrow to be a lot more consistent than last season, especially on serve receive, and Kentucky has to find another Hammer on the court to help put balls away. I think Bultema is one of the more athletic MBs we have seen at UK in a while and she just needs reps. There are some really good pieces on this team and surely one of the incoming freshmen is going to be able to contribute in some capacity.

I was very impressed with Benjamin in the UA game so hoping she continues to impress in college. Deleye and Benjamin could be a lethal duo.

I'm really high on Benjamin and can see her overtake Lamb or Wilson on the outside at some point next fall.
But can we please get some middles Craig.

Possible Coach Skinner may be thinking he's glad he isn't coaching basketball in Kentucky.

And I bet UK will have a difficult schedule again this year, which won't help. Do/Did you plan on attending any of the spring matches?

I honestly have had no clue when the spring games are with how little coverage there is. Whoever attends, please share some insights for us cause that's all we're getting lol.
