what an AWFUL showing from ESPN so far. no replays, sound doesn’t work, the in between commentators are providing some of the worst commentary I’ve EVER heard, messed up graphics, etc

That looked like the ref trying to resolve a rotation question at a 13U club match when my granddaughter started playing. At some point, you want to tell them just flip a coin and get on with it. It was a bad look for a first match. Shouldn't we have the best officials for a special start of season event? Or at least officials paying attention? I mean I know it's the home of bourbon, but c'mon! Well we had supposedly championship level officials miss an out of rotation in the championship match. It's definitely a bad look to take that long to resolve it when the casual fans watching likely don't even understand what they are trying to resolve. |
